I’m based in San Diego. This is where I live, work, and partner with some truly incredible clients.

I’ve spent the last 20+ years in Human Resources, mostly in the hospitality and retail space. What I’ve learned is this: strong HR isn’t just about compliance or policies, it’s about building real structure behind your brand, supporting your people, and creating a workplace culture that works.

I’m not a cookie-cutter consultant. I’ll go there with you. I listen. I ask a lot of questions. Then I help you shape HR strategies and systems that make sense for your business, your people, and your long-term goals. From compliance and training to employee relations and leadership development, I aim to make HR feel accessible, practical, and actually useful.

I believe HR has the power to transform businesses when it’s done right and that means more than just checking boxes. It’s about equipping leaders with the confidence, tools, and support they need to handle the tough stuff, the growing pains, and everything in between.
